Hair Return Policy

You can initiate a return within 30 days after delivery/ collection for Eligible reasons

Hair can be returned under the following conditions:
Wrong item delivered,
Damaged item delivered,

Untampered hair can be returned on the spot or within 30 days if it has a quality issue. A quality check will be done by Hairngo before any replacement is processed.

If the hair has been installed or the bundle seal has been broken, the hair can be returned within 30 days for quality check. Hair will be replaced only if it fails a quality check. If there is no quality issue, the hair will be returned back to the customer.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED TO HAIRNGO BY CUSTOMER AT THE CUSTOMER’S COST.
